Ingredients:

  • 200g fresh abalone, thinly sliced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp yuzu juice
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp mirin
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp finely grated ginger
  • 2 radishes, thinly sliced
  • Microgreens, for garnish
