This indulgent garlic butter seafood boil is perfect for a crowd. With a medley of prawns, mussels, and crab, all tossed in a rich garlic-butter sauce, this dish delivers a mouth-watering seafood experience. Paired with corn, potatoes, and a zesty lemon finish, it’s an unforgettable meal to share with friends and family.

Ingredients:

  • 500g prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 500g crab legs
  • 1kg black mussels
  • 500g baby potatoes
  • 3 ears of corn, cut into halves
  • 200g butter
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
  • Lemon wedges, for serving
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

    In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add baby potatoes and corn. Cook for 10-12 minutes until tender. Remove and set aside.
