Garlic Butter Seafood Feast Recipe
This indulgent garlic butter seafood boil is perfect for a crowd. Ingredients:
- 500g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 500g crab legs
- 1kg black mussels
- 500g baby potatoes
- 3 ears of corn, cut into halves
- 200g butter
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

1 Cook the Potatoes and Corn
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add baby potatoes and corn. Cook for 10-12 minutes until tender. Remove and set aside.

2 Prepare the Seafood
In the same pot, bring water to a boil again. Add prawns, crab, and mussels. Cook the seafood for 5-7 minutes until the mussels open and the prawns turn pink. Drain and set aside.

3 Make the Garlic Butter Sauce and Combine
In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic, lemon juice, and Cajun seasoning. Stir for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Toss the cooked seafood, potatoes, and corn in the sauce. Mix well and serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley and extra lemon wedges.
