Imagine a plate of perfectly steamed fish, its tender flesh infused with the bright, aromatic zest of julienned ginger and fragrant garlic, all enveloped in a savoury soy glaze. Ingredients:

  • 500 g Fish fillets
  • 30 g Fresh ginger, julienned
  • 60 ml Soy sauce
  • 30 ml Rice vinegar
  • 3 clove Garlic cloves, minced
  • 5 ml Sesame oil
  • 5 g White sugar
  • 2 whole Spring onions, chopped

    Pat the fish fillets dry and season lightly with salt. Arrange them neatly on a steaming plate, ensuring they’re evenly spaced for uniform cooking.
