Ingredients:
- 500 g Fish fillets
- 30 g Fresh ginger, julienned
- 60 ml Soy sauce
- 30 ml Rice vinegar
- 3 clove Garlic cloves, minced
- 5 ml Sesame oil
- 5 g White sugar
- 2 whole Spring onions, chopped

Pat the fish fillets dry and season lightly with salt. Arrange them neatly on a steaming plate, ensuring they’re evenly spaced for uniform cooking.
