Spiced Seafood Soup with Saffron Essence Recipe


This luxurious dish brings together the delicate textures of prawns, squid, and mussels in a vibrant broth infused with the exotic aroma of saffron.   • Prawn 200g, cleaned and deveined
  • Squid 200g, cleaned and sliced
  • Mussels 300g, cleaned and debearded
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Onion 1 large, finely chopped
  • Garlic 3 cloves, minced
  • Saffron 1 tsp
  • Smoked paprika 1 tsp
  • Tomato paste 2 tbsp
  • Fish stock 1 litre
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving

    Clean and prepare prawn, squid, and mussels. Set aside.
