  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon of sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of a blend of dried thyme, parsley, oregano, and basil
  • 1 medium lemon
