Zesty Lemon-Herb Baked Salmon Recipe

Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- ½ teaspoon of sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons of minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon of a blend of dried thyme, parsley, oregano, and basil
- 1 medium lemon
