Ingredients:

  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 3 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 4 cups fish stock
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 200g flaked salmon fillet
  • 100g cod, cut into chunks
  • 100g snapper, cut into chunks
  • 100g prawns, peeled
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
