                  Creamy Kid-Friendly Seafood Chowder Recipe
This creamy seafood chowder is a delightful and nutritious meal that children will love. Packed with a variety of seafood and vegetables, it provides a wholesome option that's both delicious and easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - 1 onion, finely chopped
 - 2 carrots, diced
 - 2 celery stalks, diced
 - 3 potatoes, peeled and diced
 - 4 cups fish stock
 - 1 bay leaf
 - 200g flaked salmon fillet
 - 100g cod, cut into chunks
 - 100g snapper, cut into chunks
 - 100g prawns, peeled
 - 1 cup milk
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
 
Instructions:

                          1 Sauté VegetablesIn a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions, carrots, and celery, sautéing for about 5 minutes until softened.

                          2 Add Potatoes and BrothAdd the diced potatoes, fish stock, and bay leaf. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 10-15 minutes until the potatoes are tender.

                          3 Add SeafoodStir in the flaked salmon, cod, snapper, prawns, and milk. Simmer for another 5-7 minutes until the seafood is cooked through.
