Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets (150 g each)
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs (parsley, dill), chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
