Grilled Seafood Skewers with Smoky Romesco Recipe

  • Prawns 200g, peeled and deveined
  • Scallops 200g, cleaned
  • Squid 200g, sliced into rings
  • Olive oil 3 tbsp
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Lemon zest from 1 lemon
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Roasted capsicums 100g, chopped
  • Almonds 50g
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Red wine vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Parsley, chopped (for garnish)


  1. Prepare Romesco Sauce

    Blend roasted capsicums, almonds, garlic, and vinegar to form a smooth sauce.
