Sesame Ginger Salmon, Tuna & Prawn Skewers

Ingredients:
- 300g salmon fillet, cubed
- 300g tuna steak, cubed
- 200g large prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)
Instructions:

1 Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, garlic, coriander, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.

2 Marinate the Seafood
Add the salmon, tuna, and prawns to the marinade. Toss gently to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

3 Assemble the Skewers
Thread the marinated seafood onto skewers, alternating between salmon, tuna, and prawns for a colorful presentation.

4 Cook the Skewers
Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Place the skewers on the hot pan, cooking for 3–4 minutes on each side until slightly charred and cooked through.

Plate the skewers, drizzle with extra sesame oil, and garnish with fresh coriander and a squeeze of lime.
