Ingredients:

  • 300g salmon fillet, cubed
  • 300g tuna steak, cubed
  • 200g large prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)

Instructions:

    In a bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, garlic, coriander, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.

    Add the salmon, tuna, and prawns to the marinade. Toss gently to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
