Creamy Family Delight Fish Pie Recipe
This Creamy Family Delight Fish Pie combines a variety of fish in a rich, creamy sauce under a golden, fluffy potato topping. It's a comforting meal that's perfect for bringing the whole family together around the dinner table.
Ingredients:
- 1kg potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 50g butter
- 100ml milk
- 500g mixed fish fillets (such as cod, salmon, and smoked haddock), cut into pieces
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 300ml cream
- 200ml fish stock
- 100g grated cheese
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:

1 Prepare Potatoes
Boil potatoes until tender, then mash with butter and milk.

Sauté onions and garlic, add chunks of mixed fish fillets and cover with a blend of cream and fish stock. Simmer until the fish is just cooked.
