Salmon with Creamy Garlic Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:
- 400g pasta
- 300g salmon fillets
- Salt, pepper, and onion powder to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:

1 Cook Pasta:
Cook fettuccine in a large saucepan of salted boiling water until tender, or according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Sprinkle salmon with salt, pepper, and onion powder. Sear in a mix of olive oil and butter until golden.
