Sashimi Bibimbap with Salmon, Tuna, and Kingfish Recipe
This Sashimi Bibimbap is a vibrant fusion dish that brings together the fresh flavours of salmon, tuna, and kingfish sashimi with seasoned rice and crisp vegetables, all topped with a spicy gochujang sauce.
Ingredients:
- 100g salmon sashimi
- 100g tuna sashimi
- 100g hiramasa kingfish sashimi
- 2 cups cooked short-grain rice
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chilli paste)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil (for sauce)
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Fresh coriander, for garnish
Instructions:

1 Prepare the Rice
Cook the short-grain rice, then mix in sesame oil and rice vinegar. Set aside.

2 Assemble the Bibimbap
Divide the rice into bowls and arrange the salmon, tuna, and kingfish sashimi, along with the cucumber, carrot, avocado, and shredded lettuce on top.

3 Finish and Serve
Mix gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a small bowl. Drizzle the sauce over the sashimi and vegetables, garnish with sesame seeds and fresh coriander, and serve.
